Shipping Method.  We ship to the continental U.S. via either USPS or UPS Ground Service in all cases.  All items shipped to you via UPS are fully insured and tracked for your safety and convenience.  All items shipped via USPS are with delivery confirmation to verify that you receive the package.

Shipping Costs.  Shipping is by total cost of the order.  Here are our shipping costs:

$45.01 to $80.00            $15.00
$80.01 to $100.00           $16.00
$100.01 and up               $18.00

Sorry, but we cannot ship U.S. Territories or other destinations outside the U.S.  Also, we are unable to ship live product to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.

Ground Transit Times. Below is a map with estimated Ground Transit Times for continental U.S. Shipments via UPS.  USPS ships under a similar timetable.  These times are based on the time the order is shipped, not to be confused with the day the order is placed.  Shipping via USPS to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours, pending credit card approval and subject to availability.  Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.  Most orders arrive within 3-10 business days.

Orders Damaged in Shipping. On the rare occasion that you receive a product from us was damaged in transit, we will replace the product at no charge to you.  Please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged.  Then Contact Us to inform us of the situation.  If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please
Contact Us to make arrangements for returning the damaged item.

Shipping Refunds. Your original shipping charge will only be refunded for an item sent to you in error, a defective item, or an order damaged in shipping.  This refund will automatically be credited once we receive and inspect the item.  If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping costs will be prorated.  Please see the Returns Policy for further details.

We will also pay for return shipping for a part that was sent to you in error, received defective, or was damaged in shipping.  Additional details can be found in the Returns Policy.  If you believe you qualify and would like us to pay for return shipping, contact us before attempting to return the item.  COD shipments will not be accepted.

SPECIAL NOTE: Shipping of live product may be slightly delayed when temperatures in southwestern Ohio exceed 90 degrees F. This must be done to ensure that you receive a quality, live product. Thanks for your understanding!
