Unipeck of America - Returns
Here
is everything you need to know, should you need to return a
product to
Unipeck of America.
We understand that you may need to return a product for a
variety of reasons, which is why we try to make this process
an easy one. We operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee,
which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your
purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition
within 30 days from date of invoice. We will issue a
full refund for the price you paid for the item, less
delivery and handling charges.
If the return is due to an error we have made, we will
gladly refund the delivery and handling charges as well.
30 Day Returns Policy.
Your purchase may be returned within 30 days of the original
receipt to receive your complete money back. To return
a product, please obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number by contacting us.
We use this RMA number to track down your order and verify
your information. We can not accept unauthorized
returns or exchanges. Deliveries lacking a valid RMA
number will be refused and returned to sender.

Orders Damaged in
Shipping. On the rare occasion that you receive
a product
from us was damaged in transit, we will replace the product
at no charge to you. Please refuse shipment and
tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the
package is damaged. Then
contact us to inform us of
the situation. If you are not present at the time of
delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please
contact us to
make arrangements for returning the damaged item(s).
Defective Returns.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for
defective returns can only be issued for exchange, at our
discretion, within 15 days from date of original shipment.
Following return and inspection, any product found to be
non-defective is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling fees on non-defective items are not
refundable.
Order Cancellations.
If for any reason you decide to cancel an order please
contact us. If your
order has not yet shipped, we can usually cancel the order
upon notification.
If your order has already been shipped it may not be
eligible for cancellation. If the cancellation request
is received after an item has shipped,
Unipeck of America
will gladly accept a return consistent with our
non-defective return policy. However, no refunds are
available for shipping and handling fees and customer bears
sole responsibility for all return shipping costs.
Please note that
Unipeck of America reserves the right to
charge a 20% restocking fee for all order cancellations
received after an item has shipped.
Credits. Credits can only
be issued after product is received, inspected and processed
by Unipeck of America.
Please note that after a credit has been issued by
Unipeck of America, your
financial institution controls when the credit will be
reflected on your statement. Please allow one to two
billing cycles or contact your credit card company for more
details.

Returns Process
- The first step to initiate any product return begins
by contacting us and
receiving a valid Return Authorization (RMA) number.
No returns of any type can be accepted without a valid
RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days
after issue and must be received in our warehouse within
30 days from the date of the invoice.
- The
following information is required: customer name,
invoice/order number, item number, and reason for the return request.
- RMA number must appear clearly on the shipping label
affixed on the outside of all return shipments.
Please do not mark the box itself in any other way.
Excessive box markings may slow the return process.
- Unipeck of
America accepts no responsibility for
lost, stolen or damaged packages. Freight
insurance and a proof of delivery tracking number is
strongly recommended to protect customer's interest in
the shipment.
- Returns must be complete in resalable and original
condition with all items, packing materials, and
instructions intact.
Unipeck of America reserves the right to refuse
returns on any product that fails to conform to these
requirements.
- Unopened Packages - Please make certain to indicate
when you contact us if any package remains
unopened. Any RMA issued for returns on unopened
items which arrive in the
Unipeck of America
warehouse with evidence that the item has been opened or
tampered with will be assessed a minimum restocking fee
of 50% of the original purchase price.
- Customers are responsible for shipping and handling
charges on all returned items.
